This is my thank you-- right now-- to those of you who have :+fav:ed this piece of art. :tighthug::heart:

This is Mixed Media.

Damon, Elena, and Stefan are drawn by me. Text was in PhotoImpact by me. The original splashes of red was done by :iconthejamcascru:. which I revised to give a background design.

I've asked permission. Thank you, thejamcascru, for your support.

*Edit* I've revised the size, typefont, and color to white a contest at :iconvampirediariesfans:

Here's how it looks:

Thank you soooo much!

I've finished The Host. It was very long for me. Some parts were wonderful. She had excellent description, emotions, explanation, and genius world building. I skipped a lot of other areas, seeing that they were repititious and being careful of not missing anything important.

This was Wanda's journey in Melanie's (I think that's the human girl's name) body/mind. But I wanted more of other stuff...like Ian discovering Wanda in the new body...I cherished the little discovery of Wanda in the younger blonde girl's body. And I wanted to know how Jared felt getting Melanie back. Also the need to know what the Seeker was going through. Stephanie needed to go into those other people's point of view. First person point of view isn't that binding if you write it that way. Getting into the other people's heads. I wanted that, felt left out on the other main characters. That's just me.

She had the personalities so spot on until sometimes I wonder why Stephanie Meyer isn't a psychiatrist rather than a writer. She's that talented.

I tell you one thing. This would make a startling wonderful movie...if they concentrate on Wanda, Melanie, Jared, and Ian and their love story. Also the movie needs beautiful filming and stark contrast between the cities, desert, and caves.
